In reading your workout for 12/30/2007 I was reminded of what I did on 12/28/2007. I thought you might be interested to see it was almost the same thing. This is from my log for the day:
"Ran 15x30s hard uphill, roughly 800m effort with 90s rest. About 5minutes of plyos afterwards as well, and a bit of uptempo in the cooldown."
