Training Week: 1-6-08 thru 1-12-08

1-6-08:
PM Easy 62min
PM Easy 35min
(13 miles for the day)

1-7-08:
AM: Easy 55 min
PM: Easy 35min
(12 miles for the day)

1-8-08:
PM: Easy 73min (tired from all-night flight acroos the country)
(10 miles for the day)

1-9-08:
AM: Easy/steady 47min
PM: "25min tempo around 5:20-5:30/mile pace) + 11 by 400m @ 72-68 w/ 45 sec rest
closed in 63.
(18 miles for the day)

1-10-08:
AM: Easy 50min
PM: Easy 80min
(17 miles the day)

1-11-08:
PM: Easy 75min
(10 miles the day)

1-12-08: RACE: 3000m
total disaster! ran a 8:46....just goes to show
that even when training is going well things can go bad.
I'm going to study how my B12, iron and red blood cell count numbers
might be in question- it felt like I was anemic.
