12/23/07:
AM: Easy 38min trail.
PM: "Economy": 13 by 400m @ 68.0 ave. w/1:30 rest including 200m jog.

12/24/07:
AM: Easy 70min trail
PM: Easy 35min treadmill
(14 miles for the day)

12/25/07:
AM: Hill Sprints: 2 sets of 8 by 8sec up a short steep hill
all-out effort, full recovery.
PM: Easy 35min treadmill
(11 miles for the day)

12/26/07:
PM: Easy 54min trail.
PM: Easy 35min treadmill.
(12 miles for the day)

12/27/07:
PM: "Threshold" 3 by 3200m w/3min rest including 400m jog.
split: 10:42, 10:32, 10:22. Pouring down rain and 15mpw wind on homestretch.
PM: Easy 42min treadmill

12/28/07:
PM: "Long" 101min, last 5 miles in 32min.
PM: Easy 5 miles on treadmill
(20 miles for the day)

12/29/07:

PM: Easy 40min treadmill
